What ShoutSmith is

ShoutSmith is an AI marketing studio: it drafts social media content (captions, images, slideshows, videos) for your websites and apps, helps you review and schedule it, and — where you connect a social account — publishes the posts you approve and reports how they performed.

Your account

Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.

Your content, your approval

• You own the material you upload and the marketing content generated in your workspace, to the extent permitted by the AI providers' terms.
• Nothing publishes without your explicit approval. Because you review everything before it posts, you are responsible for the content you approve — including its accuracy and its compliance with the rules of the platform it's posted to.
• You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing your content, sending it to AI providers to generate what you requested, and transmitting approved posts to platforms you've connected.

Acceptable use

Don't use ShoutSmith to create or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates the terms of the social platforms you connect (including TikTok's and Meta's terms and community guidelines). We may suspend accounts that do.

Connected platforms

Connecting a social account authorises us to act on your instructions with that platform (publish approved posts, read their metrics). Platforms may change or revoke API access; we're not responsible for their availability or decisions.

AI-generated content

AI output can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable — that's precisely why the approval queue exists. We don't guarantee any particular marketing outcome, reach, or performance.

Service and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using ShoutSmith and ask us to delete your account and data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
